WORKSHOPS MED MERETE

You’re invited to a transformational journey of yoga, dance and music, diving into the depths of your being with the soulful duo – Merete Smedegaard & Dj TomasoL. 

This evening event begins with a sweet, rejuvenating and flowing somatic yoga class, followed by guided movement improvisation. All will lead into a liberating ecstatic dance party. Waves of sound and energy will soothe down and build up in organic progression. 

Musical themes range from vibrational, healing frequencies of binaural beats and ambient soundscapes all the way to passionate interplay of drums, bass, and ethnic melodies. You will also be treated to a vibrational sound bath, a beautiful sharing circle and so much more.
